Planning Incredible Classes
Discover what makes a successful Yoga class. Learn how to manage your time effectively to keep your classes running smoothly and on schedule. Explore seven different methods to create diverse and imaginative lessons. We will explore creative ways to update your core sequence to keep your classes interesting.
I'll also provide time-saving tips for class planning so you can teach amazing classes without spending hours in preparation!
The Art of Sequencing
Create sequences that make sense in the body, flow well, are creative and energetically balanced. I have a background in dance, choreography, gymnastics and Chiropractic and I am so passionate about flow, alignment and energy!
Over the last 10 years I have developed so many 'sequencing hacks' which will take your sequencing to the next level and never have you feeling stuck on ideas!
Your Voice
Your voice is your instrument for communication so it is crucial you learn HOW to use it effectively to maximise your message.
We will cover the art of clear cueing, the 10 different types of cues and workshop your language to massively improve your Yoga lexicon.
We will also explore how to control the voice to combat nerves, project with clarity and speak from the heart.
Holding Space & The Use of Music
So much of our student’s experience happens subconsciously. Our ability to hold a safe space is the foundation to everything they experience.
We will look at the ideal room setup, connection to the senses, use of touch, trauma informed language and how to create incredible, moving and energticlaly aligned playlists.
Teaching Classes with Soul
Learn to weave powerful, relevant and inspiring themes into your classes. We will review key elements of Yoga Philsophy and workshop how to build classes based on this in an authentic way.
You will also learn how to take a theme and expand it into the pillars of the Yoga class (meditation, movement, breath) so you can create memorable classes that feel connected, healing and empowering.
Your Yoga Business
In this class we go from ideas to action! The tools of teaching are very different to the tools of business. Understand the foundation for success in every business and learn how to effectively be your boss; reducing burnout and maximising your time, reach, message and impact.
Have a turn in the ‘hot seat’ with the input and support of everyone. Get crystal clear on your brand, your message, your systems and your ‘ideal customer.
Closing Ceremony
With the support of Georgia and the group create a vision and road map for 12 months time. Use Georgia’s powerful self assessment exercises and business systems to get you motivated, accountable and clear.
Following this final call you will be invited into a support group to keep you inspired and connected and then you will all join for a live reunion call in 12 months. It’s going to be a huge year of clarity, transformation and manifestation!
